Four post are nice! But you can also get a low profile quick lift jack & use jack stands for a lot less!! I have my BB/AC 2.5' off ground replacing my
oil pan gasket with only stands & floor jack. I Picked up a quick lift (steel) jack from Harbor Freight for $130+ & stands for less than $50. The jack pick up profile is only 2.5" & lifts 2 tons almost 30", fast!
By the way if you are really interested in some AFR heads, I have a set of
AFR 205 Heads I'll let go for $1,200.; shipping (US only) included. There $1,900 new. But you would need to up grade the rest of your engine to match them. They
are a
serious set of lungs for a sbf.
