Again, I'll say that I'm not advocating anyone use PVC,just as above,giving my expirence with it.....
was in the shop today, so I took a few pictures, my shop was built in May of 1998........the PVC comes directly out of my air compressor, it is a 5 hp/2 stage compressor on an 80 gallon tank.............just a few months shy of 14 years now,knock on wood,have not had one single issue to date, I expected some problems with the line coming directly out of the compressor becasue of the vibration, so within a few weeks of installing all this, I put a piece of carpet under the compressor to dampen the vibration when it is running...
