Phil may be a little difficult to reach, but his work is outstanding, and you will be happy with his products. He is a meticulous craftsman, and strives to make things "just right". I know he'll deliver - I have SEVENTEEN (at last count) of his FIA wheels in various sizes (still trying to convince him to make an FIA style rim in 17" dia).

Keep trying, you'll get him eventually. The "really good stuff" is always hard to get, anyway.
