This was recently discussed at length. There are 2 options. There are rubber caps that can be installed on the outlets and held in place with a hose clamp, if the rubber bursts however you'll be parked. Another more reliable option is to remove the pressed in tubular nipple or cut off the cast one, and thread the remaining hole for a small tapered pipe plug. Chose the option that your abilities allow.
