Sorry to here about your problem, its a shame these bastards at ford racing can't admit to there being a problem, i have had no follow up from marty at warranty, in my case the valve guides were shot and the valve springs soft (90-95 pounds should be 130) and from a brand new engine with zero miles, started smoking minutes after start up, i will not and won't recomend this motor to anyone and i hope people that have read this thread ring ford racing and give them a mouth full for treating there customers this way, marty is a p%i$k, i feel better now
let us know what you find but if the motor goes back to ford they will fix it and give you BS as to what the problem was.
