Speaking of Red Light Cameras, I have seen local ones take pictures of cars stopped at a red light when traffic going through the green crossing goes by. The sensor sensed a car in the intersection, so it took a picture of the stopped car. One was on the news were the guy got 5 tickets for the same intersection in under 2 minutes. Same cars were around him in every picture, yet they still sent it to him. He was fighting them all, but the judge did not just throw it out. Never heard the final outcome.
