Having recently observed Jack Sears drive an AC Cobra around a circuit in the UK, I can confirm that, as a sprightly 83 year-old, he's not forgotten where the loud pedal is! I should imagine he was a hard charger back in the day, as he's still very competitive....
On the matter of 'the book', many thanks to all those who hav been in touch - greatly appreciated. Nice to know I'm not doing it for myself
However, we are currently considering delaying publication simply to add a few nice snaps from the Goodwood Revival, not least as there will be at least one German-based Cobra in the Shelby Cup race
and I think that event will round the year off nicely. So if nobody objects (or even if you do) there will be a delay before I arrive to empty your money boxes. We might also add around 40-ish pages to the book.
