Default Unique suspension

This is kind of different. It looks like a 427 body, but as mentioned earlier, the forward braced roll bar is more typical of a 289.

Unique does use a Jag rear end with inboard brakes, but I think they have the typical coilovers on the front and Wilwood brakes. Here is a link to their website with good pictures of their front and rear suspension, and under the hood without an engine. You can compare this to what you have and maybe zero in on what yours is by process of elimination.

Also, the VIN tag for Uniques is typically on one of the footboxes and can be easily seen from under the hood. Does yours have a VIN tag? That may shed some light on what yours is as well.
