Hello All,
I am very recent owner of a Superformance Cobra 427 S/C (last month) purchased from a private owner in Ft. Meyers. Unfortunately, NY is giving me a heck of a time titling it... in the inspection process. From what I've read, most at the DMV are very helpful, I've got the only guy that's hell bent on making my life miserable. Couple stumbling points are the SAE numbers from the lighting. Finish Line has tail lights with SAE numbers, but they are the small round ones. Mine are rectangular. Don't know what I'm going to do about that at this point. The second is 4-way flashers or hazard lights. I saw someone got the switch from Victoria British, but when I called, the girl could only help me if I had a year, make and model... they don't have Cobra parts, only MG, Triumph, etc. I'll find a more suitable area to post my woes and plead for help, just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm an avid Mustang fan (got 7 of them), I guess owning a Cobra is a natural progression. I'm looking forward to participate in Club Cobra, thanks for having me.
