In the Brian Angliss era, there were (relatively) plenty of AC MKIV's built. If I remember correctly, they cost about $40K new in the 1980s. Today you see those cars selling for more than that. There is one for sale on this site now for about $80K.

However, I don't think Alan Lubinsky managed to deliver very many cars at all. I believe that were were a couple of his cars built in Malta on eBay here a couple of years ago and nobody was interested in buying them. As such, determining a market price for a 2004 is probably going to be harder to figure out. Did Alan manage to sell this car for $110K new in 2004? Who knows.

I'm not really sure that an AC CRS should be categorized as an AC MKIV. I would think that there are two entirely different things.
