I believe there are 11 dealers total in the states? Who comes highly recommended?

I don't know any of them so some guidance here would be highly appreciated. I am looking for a dealer that would guide me through the process of the build out, make sure everything is well sorted out and deliver a turnkey car I can enjoy. I have the budget for it and the distance should not be an issue, just looking to deal with professionals!
