Looking back at the post by "london", I think you have some good information.

Only 37 of these cars were built. Only 1 of the 37 was sold in the USA (which is presumably the the one you are looking at with the steering wheel on the left side).

In England, the other similar cars typically sell for $62k to $78k.

I guess the problem here is that with only 1 car in the USA, it is difficult to put a price on it.

On the other hand, let's say you purchased the car for $50k. If you immediately shipped it over to England, presumably you could sell it there for at least $62k. And with it being a "special lightweight" model, it would probably sell for a premium.
