I'll work on it some more this evening. I was just playing around with it because the outlet off the radiator looked like it was clocked and aimed to result in interference with the brace. Sure enough it does. But I don't see anything that can be changed other than play with the hoses.

My radiator is spaced off of the aluminum panels with approx 3/8 inch thick rubber weatherstripping that was pre-installed. Is that what yours appears to have also?
