I've had three. The first when I lived in London, so I couldn't bring it back as the power requirements are different. My wife burned out one of the motors by wrapping a pair of panty hose around the beater brush. It was two years old. Two days later a tech came to our house and completely rebuilt it as good as new. No cost. The second I bought over here and gave my daughter when it was three years old. The third I still have and will buy a fourth when it craps out. I'm a convert.
