In all the years I've owned her, my FE's
oil temp has never reached 100 degrees Centigrade, and I've never had an
oil report yet spot a drop of moisture. If I didn't know better, and I don't, I'd say just running her up to the usual 85-90 degree oil temp purges off any moisture that has condensed in there.
