Get a set of aftermarket FIAMM Highway Blasters at PeP Boys or Amazon. $20 and they HONK! Bolt on replacement for stock. Get a High Note and a Low Note, not two of the same thing:

FIAMM 72102 12 V High Note
FIAMM 72012 12 V Low Note

Btw, the stock ERAs have to have correct polarity to beep correctly.
