I'd vote for the 3x2.
The 2x4 has the carbs around the wrong way, the back carb should have the choke mechanism and it should be the first carb to move off idle.
Reason being is it's primary barrels are closer to the centre of the engine.
Clearly not that way in the photo.
A single QFT of appropriate airflow will satisfy your appetite.
