I am working on installing the top, and it looks like either the latch part is too short, or the windshield is drilled in the wrong spot (where the stationary brackets attach). The black frame is for the top to attach to.

You can see that only 1 screw hole would be attaching to the windshield frame.
Can anyone confirm/deny which is the issue?
