Ahhhh. My IW balancer is a beautiful piece, fully marked. But the reflection of the billet makes it impossible to read with the strobe bouncing off it, down low as you say. I cut small strips of MSD tape (maybe Moroso's-it was flat not gloss black) and put its yellow hash marks at zero, 22 and 38 degrees.
