I am glad you took my comment the way I intended (tongue and cheek). I too have gone to tracks and spent one whole day working on something and having a half dozen or so guys right beside asking what do you need or what can I do. Most of the time I didn't know especially that time at Omaha where my battery post broke. Glad it was there rather than running down I 44 in 5:00 traffic. I did run out of gas on I44 at 5:00 once...that's another story. In 14 years of Cobra ownership....you name it and it has probably happened to me. Caught in rain, flashed multiple times (once with wife sitting next to me), ground wire came of MSD in front of Alzheimers Center (never forget that), forgot to tighten radiator hose and it blew off at Sonic, someone threw chewing tobacco at me at a hiway construction site while I was heading to my first car show (not cool).
The point is these cars are an experience and the more experiences you get the better stories you can tell.
