I do have a radio installed with a built-in CD player with mp3 playback capability. There are four speakers, two under the dash and two mounted on the rear bulkhead between the seats. Admittedly, when driving especially at highway speed, I can't really hear the music well enough to appreciate it but when sitting still or parked under a shade tree, I like having the capability to listen to my favorite tunes. As shown in the photo below, I fashioned a radio surround out of sheet aluminum and covered it with leatherette to match the dash and I think it looks fine.
