I have a Backdraft, chassis #874, with their side exhaust. At highway speeds. the wind is as bad as exhaust noise.

My plans are to get 304 stainless mufflers that pass the "tennis ball test" or bigger grafted onto side pipes during cold weather.

If you have side exhausts, get the heat shields! They are ugly but effective.

You are wise to do your homework over and over. You are the one you have to please.
