I got an email from the president of the Utah Cobra Club saying, at the annual dinner those present voted to disband the club for liability reasons. Anyone have experience in this area. Are there liabilites and what are the issues.

I am very disappointed. I have just about finished my car and was looking forward to participating in events. I thought things were getting going in Utah, thanks I think mostly to the FF guys.
