i guess your memory isn't serving you....even from 4 posts ago.
factory mustang II has 3 mounting flanges whether its power or manual.
pinto clamps on....2 spots....

a pic from the top is not good enough for a determination.

the crossmember looks like it is a factory ford mustang II.

it is a ford rack..............

it may or my not be mustang II. to measure the mounting will tell you if it is or isn't

it is not Fox body mustang or late model t-bird..
