You're welcome, but there is a lot of really good info on "Cars" here. For the others, he is running into some of the issues a lot of us have gone through, and he and everyone else calls it "sorting it out". It's frustrating to think you have to do that, and honestly, I think dealer support in this area generally sucks unless you find, as it takes a little bit of research, to find the few who really know this business. And honestly, a lot of it depends, even when you go to a dealer or shop, of who the person (down to the name, DNA) of who does the work. I don't want to get into the names but there really are some really good folks here who know how to put one of these together. Do your research, take names, and they will bubble to the top. I wish I'd had the option of finding one or two of them but alas, mine was "done" (but not finished
