Dont have an oil cooler so I cant advise on that.

I do have a remote oil filter system installed. Much eaiser than in the stock location.

I would contact a Heidt representive close to you for the tubular arms. The coil over shock mounts in the stock shock location. If you do not mind welding on the frame for the bracketry (sp), you might get the wide lower arms. I did not and I installed adjustable strut arms on the lower. Someone else might be able to lead you to the correct shocks. I got mine from Don at CRII but he never gave me the part numbers. All that I know is that they are ProComp shocks. QA1 is probably a better shock to have. I do not know the spring weight either. Sorry.
