Yes, good advice. I will keep looking. I'd been keeping somewhat of an eye out for a project and this one popped up.

As far as price, I wasn't sure if people talked money on here, but I thought if I could get for around $17K and put $3k to $5k reconfiguring the engine and some miscelaneous. I'd be in for a little over $20k and that seems to be the going rate for a drivable lower end replica (saw a handful go on ebay for the low $20's).

There was maybe more risk than I was originally thinking.
