CSX3360 was originally Red and was beautifully restored by Bruce Canepa. Looks like the same, if not very a similar dark non metallic blue, as he used on CSX3275.
Don't know how much success you will have finding out precisely what the color is. However, if you talked with Bruce they might paint your car for you, and you could request that exact color. It would not doubt be a spectacular paint job.
