77 what? What is it?

Actually, CA simply picked 75 as the last year that smog 'stuff' would not be subject to year built smog regulations and testing - makes no sense. Of course, 1970 was the last year of the cool muscle car but at least in CA, anything pre-1976 can be turned into anything you want without considering smog regulations.

Holland? You probably don't have a smog problem anyway - but, those Holland Coffee Shops generate a lot of smoke.
