1.Buy a bicycle tire tube
2.cut out small circular chunk
3.Glue small circular chunk to tire with tire adhesive as required.
4.Coordinate with computerworks for matching color.
5.Color glued on circular chunk with approved color.
6.Drive car with blue dot until it falls off.....then repeat process hundreds of times with unused portion of bicycle tube and adhesive.
