I've seen a youtube video mirrored before where the copyright holder did not want the video on youtube. Perhaps doing something like mirroring the video reduces the chance of youtube detecting the unwanted video thru software.
Although in this case, the non-mirrored video is available. Perhaps the copyright holder and youtube would prefer you to watch the official video to get the view count higher and collect the advertising revenue from the commercial they play before hand.
