Closest source to you is Sasco Sports in Alton, Virginia. (sascosportsdotcom). Yes they are biased and do follow the the road a bit, they are not DOT approved either. I don't know about how vintage the tread is but a lot of people really like the Avon CR6ZZ tires also available from Sasco. They are DOT radials but are expensive. Really nice car by the way, looks great!
I think El Encanto is good too, lots of good food and unique dining in the Cave Creek area.
. To bad you aren't able to get back to Arizona with the Cobra, we don't have to shovel sunshine here.
