So they are not going to stamp CALIFORNIA at the top? Are they going to place a gold cursive
California there instead (like on all of the current plates)?!? I also don't like the fact that CA DMV (I mean, the prisons) can't stamp a six digit plate and center it without placing a blank in the front.
