Anyone can sue for anything . That's the easy part. The facts will determine the outcome. Our opinions and speculation don't detrmime anything or add anything constructive.

An observation of interest though is that Planet Cobra has a full page add in the current Shelby magazine touting that they a leading authorized Shelby dealer.

Make of that what you will.

My point is that it is unfair to draw conclusions either way based on mere pleadings.
