You may be right about the rose joints I guess, but I think I have the linkage set up so that I'm pulling the carb open not pushing.
So as long as the carb being the other way around doesn't matter I think I'm OK as I am, I was going to put a PCV in the valve cover on one side (left) and keep the breather on the other (right).
I think I may fit a phenolic spacer for good measure anyway.
On a different issue can you remember if you needed to restrict your steering rack travel on your CCX to stop tyre rub on lock on the on the inside?
