I don't think you will have issues with the header or sidepipe. You may find it difficult to have any access to your clutch master. I made brackets so my side louver is removable and I have seen access panels inside the the front wheel well on a Superformance car to gain access to these tough spots. My proportion valve is mounted on the fire wall below the brake MC. I also have a heat shield to protect the brake and clutch lines from the header heat. Hope that helps.
