No, it didn't. It's a really easy job and, what's more, you can "trial test" it before you actually do it. Go to your local auto parts store and buy a red or blue anodized fitting end, for about two bucks, then try your Dremel brush out on that one. That's what I did -- and I was surprised at how easy it was and the fact that I had not read about it before on the bazillion car forums that I follow.
