Council came out here and said that to me, as they were a bit sus as to what I was going to be doing with it. This was when they didn't want it in the easier and cheaper place to put it, no they wanted it in the more expensive place to put it as I needed retaining walls etc...... just to save a few trees.
I just said that I needed it this size and no smaller. In the end we had a compromise, they got the shed in a new location I got to keep the size
, after all, I do live on the edge of town, semi rural more or less and there's shed everywhere for farming equipment.
