Same deal.

My Pond block builds with hydraulic rollers, HV pump, and T&D rockers get a .070" restrictor. I drill and tap the feed hole for a 1/4-20 set screw and drill a hole in the center of it. It's easy to change if necessary, but that size works well for me.

If it keeps the rockers and springs lubricated without creating a flood, then you're good.
