I ran across a 2003 thread discussing the proposed CSX4000 fabrication move to South Africa.Could the knowledge base assembled in this forum produce a historic time line of the CSX4000 series production?? LV to SA to TJ to SA ?????.......There is much misinformation and not enough facts. I do not own a Registry and do not know if this is part of the details contained in it.
