I've seen a number of late model 5.0L blocks split down the middle in high rpm applications.

You said you don't want to do any block mods. At the very least I'd consider a main cap girdle.

I know a guy who is selling a complete Dart block stroker here in Brisbane for the right price if you're interested. If so, PM me.
