I needed a bearing some years ago and found one close, took it to a local shop, and they just turned the ID and OD for me. It was relatively simple. You can easily turn hardened 52100 bearing steel with regular carbide inserts at around 50-80 SFPM and a low feed rate. I do it all the time.
