I'm going to give it a try. I think I will have to mount it about two to three inches in front of the clutch pedal which means I will have a pretty good bend to my leg when resting on it, but I think that will be OK.

Added a photo. I gues I can't complain about tight pedal clearance. I still have to do some adjusting to bring the brake pedal up some and adjust the pedal face on the clutch.
