Default Proud new owner in MT

I wanted to introduce myself as the proud new owner of a Pacific Cruisers Cobra. About 2 weeks ago I was at an auction in Palm Springs, CA just for fun. On Saturday a '67 replica rolled onto the block and took my breath away. The bidding for this beauty started out ridiculously low so I thought I'd throw in a low bid and see if it stuck. Well, after my bid the bidding stalled and I then heard that the reserve had been lifted. Lo and behold, no more bids and the next thing I know I'm signing paperwork for my new car. Oh SH*T , what just happened?
Turns out CA wouldn't let me drive the car unless I paid the sales tax. The only way to avoid that was to ship it out of state (to MT, where I live). The car is now in the warehouse of the shipping company and should arrive sometime in the next two weeks. I haven't even driven the car except across the parking lot to the hauler. I hope I won't regret my purchase and expect to learn a lot from this forum and if I'm lucky, I'll have something to share as well. I never expected to own this car and I know very little about it except that it has a 5.0, a 5 speed manual, an immaculate paint job, and the odo showed only 482 miles. Oh, and it sounds amazing. I only hope my bidding wasn't a mistake...
