For those of you wanting to build a tool kit, I hope you are regularly watching e-bay.
Elora 100 spanners regularily come up on the UK, German and Australia e-bay sites.
It only took me about 5 or 6 weeks of watching to assemble a complete set of Elora 100 spanners.
I've attached the Draper tool catalog pages (thanks to Dave - dwathencars) for everyone's reference.
