Any performance tire shop can do that -- there's not a lot to it. Put your car up on blocks and take the four wheels in to them (you might want to mark them with a sharpie on the inside as to left/right). The only tricky part that you might run in to is that sometimes the room for the wheel weights is limited. Thin weights from Wurth is what I have on mine. A good shop will know that, a crappy shop might not.
