Uhhhh, yes. But I wouldn't use that paint. I have all the codes and can easily have it whipped up and spray it on -- it's no different than having the RodKnock wheel color made (easier in fact). I can also have the color made in to a nice alkyd primer that just might give the perfect texture appearance on the wheel. It's just a question of the color. Done right, it could be a relatively easy job.
