I have an original 427 chassis manual that's wrapped in a clear plastic. The ends are folded over the back and it has the appearence of being ironed flat to seal it. I'm not sure if that's how they came when new or if that wrapping was added to mine later. The clear plastic looks old.
As far as a wallet for it, not sure but I've never seen one.
