Often, a big help in identifying a mfg is with pictures of the underhood (hood hinge and firewall area), the dash and interior (door hinges) and the inner trunk.

You can do that without the car being on a lift.

When you do get it up in the air, pics of the frame, the rear end mounting and front suspension will also help.
