go to FFcars forum...tons of info...you had until April 2012 to register the car and grandfather it for no emissions...now there is a process where you buy an old car (needs to be simular displacement) get it scraped take the title to the registry/MAC center and they enter into the system that you did a clunker swap...not a fun process...but can be done
